Itinerary
Upon arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your tour representative and begin your journey to the cultural city of Kandy. En route, visit the renowned Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, where you can observe elephants up close, watch them being fed, and see them bathe in the river. Stop by local gem and handicraft shops to explore Sri Lanka’s famous treasures, before attending an evening Kandy Cultural Dance Show showcasing traditional music and dance. Time permitting, visit the sacred Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, a spiritual landmark and UNESCO World Heritage Site, before checking in to your hotel for an overnight stay in Kandy.
